Delivery Information

Free Fast Delivery on all orders over £199. Delivery is £19.95 for orders below.

Most orders placed with Standard Delivery should be delivered between 2 – 5 working days. Some remote areas may take up to 6 working days.

Most areas of the UK have an Express Delivery service that should be delivered between 2 – 3 working days and costs £14.95 extra.

Please note there is a 12 noon cut off for deliveries. For orders placed after noon, please add an extra working day. The delivery period will also be shown on the shipping page at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking your order

We’ll keep in touch. Once you have placed your order, we will confirm by email that we have received it and notify you when your goods have been despatched. After despatch, we will send you tracking information and, in most cases, a 3 hour delivery timeslot. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

Arranging your installation

We always recommend booking your installer once you have received and checked your order, so that in the unlikely event of a hiccup, you will not be inconvenienced.

Receiving your delivery

In most cases delivery is to your external front door.

Occasionally, due to accessibility constraints, the driver may only be able to deliver your order to the nearest ground floor access point, which may be the kerbside.

If you live in a flat or apartment, unfortunately the driver cannot deliver up flights of stairs.

In certain circumstances, the delivery driver may require assistance with larger items.

Grampian, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Locations

Delivery to Aberdeenshire is £34.95 extra and should be delivered within 10 working days. Regrettably we cannot currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands or any offshore locations.
